Chef Damian Herrera's experience with raw organic cuisine began in 2003 at the newly open Living Light Culinary Art Institute in Fort Bragg, California. Damian noticed testimonies of clients who discovered new levels of strength, vitality and wellness through raw food and green juice drinks.
Amy was born and raised on the California coast near Santa Cruz, and has always been interested in health and wellness. Well versed in fitness, supplements and clean eating, she makes a lifestyle of improving her own health and using her knowledge as an oppertunity to help others achieve the same.
After four years of working side by side with Cherie Soria (the mother of the raw foods movement), Damian and his wife Amy decided to relocate to Santa Fe, New Mexico. They soon began working in many local restaurants, gaining experience in various cultural and worldly flavors.
